Ojibwa: This popular cabin is a spacious five bedroom/ two bath retreat that will please everyone in your group. The dishwasher and two refrigerators are designed for the cook in mind, while the huge log table makes for lively evening conversation. The shaded deck is a perfect gathering place at the end of the day, as you cook your day’s catch on the gas grill, watch the action on Winnie, or relax around the bonfire. When the Ojibwa came to this area in the mid 1700’s they quickly dominated the Sioux, eventually driving them westward. A fierce encounter between the two tribes resulted in the naming of Battle Point and Cutfoot Sioux Lake.
